We stand behind the quality of our products, and will always do our best to make sure that you are satisfied with the product when it arrives!
If you have any problems with your order, please email us at info@rovingdice.com including your name, order number, and your concern. If the issue is a fault with one of our Roving Dice Bags, please include photos with the damage or defect.
In most cases with our Roving Bags, we will first endeavor to repair your product rather than exchange or refund. We will work with you to ship the product back to our offices, repair your Rover, and return it to you.
